Menopause in the Meantime!

MENOPAUSE STYLE IN THE MEANTIME! THIS MEANS FINDING CLOTHES THAT ARE LIGHT IN WEIGHT AND CUT IN A STYLE THAT LOOKS GOOD DURING YOUR MENOPAUSAL WEIGHT GAIN AND POST-MENOPAUSAL WEIGHT LOSS
My style is classic and minimalist, so transitioning between weight gain and loss is easy and affordable. As my budget is tightening and I am preparing for the retirement phase of my life, I must choose styles that will last and stand the test of time. Just because I am soon to be a retiree and a style minimalist doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate trends, a little edginess, and designer clothes.

A TJ Maxx Off the Runway Theory dress and Stuart Weitzman leather over-the-knee boots can be a fashionable get-the-job done look for a work-to-evening look. I chose a smoky quartz, gold, and silver jewelry mix. I wish that I had a large, fabulous, antique brooch to finish the look off. I love this dress because it is comfortable, has pockets, and hides my menopausal frustration fat! The dress is also a lightweight wool that doesn’t hold heat and also keeps me warm. This dress works with dressy pumps and boots. My boots are sleek and give me the more youthful, modern, high-fashion look I still crave over 50. My hair is ready for a root touch-up, but I am actually kind of liking the splashes of gray in the front.I refuse to buy new clothes that cannot transition back and forth through my weight gain and loss. I have a closet full of clothes that I am determined to get back into, but in the menopausal meantime, I have to buy clothes that will move up and hopefully down with my waistline.
